For over twenty years I’ve been helping life sciences companies, clinical-trial innovators, and pharma-tech organizations navigate transformation by leading product strategy, scaling go-to-market teams, and advising boards and investors on the technologies reshaping clinical trial operations.
I spent 12 years at Medidata Solutions in the commercial team during the high growth years as a public company, to the product team building what became the company’s Decentralized Clinical Trial platform. From there to Bristol Myers Squibb, where I ran Clinical Innovation and Change Management inside Global Development Operations - and then to Medable and Biofourmis, leading product strategy through to the acquisition of Biofourmis’s clinical-trials business by ActiGraph (now Signant Health).
Today, I run my own clinical-trials advisory practice through Dauntless eClinical Strategies, sit on a number of advisory boards, and am an active speaker on digital clinical trials and the role of technology in drug development.
The work has taught me one thing: the real outcome isn’t smarter systems or better processes - it’s trust. Leading with intention, listening like it matters (because it does), and creating change that respects both the science and the people it serves.
